  1. I've sampled the deli roll, meat knish, and schnitzel from this establishment, and all of them tasted fine, with the meat knish having a slightly Middle Eastern flavor, due to the spices used. The deli roll was almost $6 for a small slice, which is exorbitant, in my opinion. The meat has always honestly looked as if it varies in quality, with inconsistent outcomes; a package of chicken cutlets with a bloody liquid pooling in one corner of the packaging is deeply off-putting and disturbing. They sell a beef jerky brand under OU hashgacha that is an unusual and pleasant find, but on the whole, this is a pretty ho-hum butcher shop, which serves the needs of the community for kosher meat. I purchased on a recent Sunday morning a package of Shor HaBor salami that was tasty and reasonably priced.

  2. House of Glatt has nice stuff. I will have to say that about them. They have a nice array of salads and other prepared food. They have a good selection of meat. But here is how my experience there went:

I first talked to a very friendly Jewish guy who worked there. Then a Spanish guy helped me who barely knew English and he couldn't answer my questions cause he didn't understand what I was saying. So another Jewish guy answered. While I was at the cashier being rung up  I asked a question about how much my salad cost and as the Jewish guy answered me he was pounding his fist on the counter which me feel very uncomfortable. He wasn't too friendly and seemed not assertive but aggressive.
If you don't mind the strange staff and just want the products I suggest you go there otherwise stay away.
