  1. Amazing pizza. Cheap and in the middle of it all. The inside is cramped so a warm day is best. (outside seating)  Or fold in half and keep on walking.

  2. A small hole in the wall you might walk by and think…nah.  But it's been voted by Food Network for several years as the best pizza…and I can see why.

Thin slice and hot and fresh ingredients make it just delicious.  We had the Nona Maria (kinda like margherita) and it was simple and good.  This is definitely one of their best sellers.

It's a tiny place inside so it can get crowded and hot if you choose to dine in.  They do deliver so maybe better to do that option or pick up and go.

  3. Best pizza I have had in a very long time…I just dont know what to say… eating this pizza has definitely reminded me that the current Baltimore, MD pizzas have a long way to go if they are to hold a candle to this place.

The wait was not too outrageous.  So very happy that I did not eat a lot for dinner and capped my night off here.

  4. As my search continues for the best pizza spot in this city that never sleeps, I want you to know that though this was a pretty good slice, it's not the best.

I came in here LATE on a Friday night, probably like 3 AM. They have some outdoor seating which is always a plus and a very tiny inside. I ordered a plain slice and my friends got a GF pie that actually looked amazing (the cheese was cooked to perfection and very size able, but if you get GF thete it HAS to be a pie, only way they do it) and a chicken slice. We wanted garlic knots and they said they didn't have so I'm disappointed to say the least and then I saw garlic bread on the menu so I'm like WOW OK don't offer up something else to make more money…. Odd balls.

Time to pay. My generous friend sneaks in and pays for my pizza and genius me is like GOTTA CHECK IN ON YELP and what do you know? They give a free fountain drink with a purchase of 2 pizzas so I show the guy and he's like you can't use your friends purchase and I'm like but he got MY pizza. So he does a little eye roll and gives me he cup. Go to bed guy.

We grab a table. The soda sucked, wasn't even worth it. But they have 2 huge fridges with tons of beer options which was a nice upgrade to most NYC pizza spots. Wasn't INCREDIBLY crowded for the West village late night scene id expect but definitely wasn't complaining about that. They have like 4 tables inside and about the same outside.

The pizza wasn't As hot as I'd like but still good. Not too saucy but a good crisp to it and pretty cheesy. We waited like 15 mins for the garlic bread and the bread itself was amazing but it was SOOOOOOOO garlicky my lips were on fire. The GF pizza also takes about 25 mins to cook so order ahead if that's what's you're going for.

If you're in the area and need a slice, this seems like it could be the place to go. Also not just pizzas- I saw some subs and stuff coming out of the kitchen also. Give it a go

  5. Well, this place ruined pizza for me in the best way possible. This place has been in the neighborhood for a while and has pictures of famous people all over the wall, so you know it's good.

The crust was crispy on the bottom and light and fluffy on the top, with the perfect amount of cheese. This please is to die for.

there is a reason why they've won best NYC style pizza for 3 years in a row, they're clearly the best.

  6. I really love the pizza here.

Their sauce is flavorful, their crust if perfect and  I love the toppings, you know how some places use like weird meatball, or sausage and crappy mushrooms. This place does it right. This my go to spot for pizza whenever Im in the area. I really don't know why everyone goes to that other pizza place nearby, its not even good its always soggy and theres always a line of drunk people…not going to say any names though cough cough (joes)…

  7. Don't mind me, just another yelper checking this place off since it's so well known. For me, it lived up to its reputation. I was very lucky they had an extra slice of Nonna Maria, because I was disappointed to come in when they ran out aka get there a little before noon. It's a very small place, but surprisingly there was not a line! I enjoyed the pizza very much; my favorite part is the thin crunchy crust.

  8. Ugh, I live on the west coast where the pizza straight up sucks. I had pizza 3x on my long weekend visit (I'm pizza nuts). The one time was a fancy place in Flat Iron.

Before I left, I came here for my last slice. a true New York slice.

I only wanted pepperoni, but they had a sausage and pep. I'm shedding a tear thinking about it. That's all.

Bleecker Street is one of my absolute faves.
