  1. There reverse Sicilian slice was pretty good. Grandma slice was abit salty for my liking and the bbq chicken slice was just too 'barbaquey' and chewy . Service was great and everything else . Might try other slices if I'm in the area.

  2. Came back with a few of my coworkers to ransack their pizza selections. as for myself, I ordered the buffalo chicken slice and the chicken mozzarella roll. even though it was take out, the slices had a nice crispiness to it. the roll was properly seasoned.

I can see people having an issue with the price point, but considering the the food I've had thus far, I don't have much of an issue with it.

Think I've found my next go-to pizza place

  3. Out of the entire workweek, someone from my department of less than 15 people orders there at least three times a week.  Not just their pizza but everything on the menu is AWESOME.  We've gotten the lasagna, eggplant parm rolls, all different kinds of pizza, wraps, you name it.

We are never ever disappointed.  The thought of "if I change one thing it would be…" never even crosses our minds.  We are always thrilled with service, price, and quality.

*They even make whole wheat garlic knots and I'm pretty sure their crusts are whole wheat also!

  4. Over the top, the best pizza in Manhattan. This is real NYC Italian pizza – old school. I order a pie from here at least once a week, and I stop in a few days a week for a stray slice or two. This is the pizza that my kids love.

If you are a tourist visiting the Empire State Building a block away, this is the pizza you MUST try in New York. Trust me, I grew up on this stuff in the 1960s when it was a nickel a slice, and you could fine authentic New York pizza everywhere in the City. Now almost all other pizza is a poor imitation of the real thing.

  5. That penne pizza ($4) was offf the hook!! Amazing flavor, thin, and crispy. I actually ate the crust too.I almost never eat pizza crust. I'm satisfied but it tasted so good I feel like indulging in another slice.

They have a fulfilling variety of pizza selection. Nice customer service. Very clean and spacious. Great place to grab a bite or for those times you need a slice of pizza to hit the spot.

Can't wait to try the other slices soon.

  6. Pure silliness.  A sign in the front says $5 for 2 slices and a soda.  I grab a small bottle of water and at first they do not want to honor the special.  Keep in mind this wasn't fountain soda but canned soda so what could possibly be the difference in price to the shop.  They relented and made it seem like they were doing me a big favor as I put the water back and was going to only order the slices.

The pizza is ok.  Too much cheese IMHO which made it a bit soggy.  I saw that they had sausage rolls which I also like, but I doubt I will go back to this place because of the attitude.

  7. I came here on a day when I was really craving pizza, and I left completely satisfied. That's all I have to say about that!  No fountain drinks here though, but plenty of bottles to choose from.

  8. Prime example of what New York slices are supposed to be. Here you have some crispy slices made with the freshest ingredients. I usually rotate between the grandma and mushroom slices, but will be coming back to try more. Don't forget the garlic knots on the side!
