  1. Not a Peruvian myself, but my Peruvian co-worker told me don't go here because the best Peruvian are in Paterson. So being a rebel that I am, I came to Sara Sara anyway on a Thursday night.

It looks like it doesn't really get crowded. Just my table and two others. The server's English was kind of challenging to understand, but I still could catch. So what I ordered

    *Avocado salad: too salty
*Onion salad: too salty as well
*Baked sweet potato: okay, but I had really bad gas after for a day or so
*Fried plaintain: one of the worst I've had

  2. 3.5 stars rounded up because I love their aji verde.

Pollo a la brasa was juicy and flavorful. Their aji verde was deliciously spicy! Yucca fries were crispy and good especially dipped in the aji. Salad was a spring mix with some onions and avocados in a dressing made with their aji verde. Yellow rice not good. A whole chicken with 2 sides is $17.

Large space with plenty of tables but has a hole in the wall feel with no ambiance. But it's all about the food and aji verde! Service will be slow if crowded since the staff consists of one server and one cook.
