Was on my way to another famous pizza place on this beautiful day when I decided to stop in here.
A lot of people claim to be a pizza expert, but I actually am! and this is really great stuff. Regular plain slice.
My man Jose working the counter was personable and friendly and he intuited to ask me if I didn't want it too hot. That was good, because that is the way I like, because I never can wait to stuff good pizza in my pie hole, with the risk of burning my mouth.
This is really great pizza, with the right mix of sauce and cheese, and thinly crispy crust. It's one of those slices that gets better with each bite, and has you savoring the last bit of edge and crust. It's like that.
