Hands down the best penne alla vodka in all of northern Queens. And I have had my fair share of Italian food in Queens.
Alfredo's has a courteous and caring staff. The man behind the counter Tommy always has a smile on his face and remembers just about everyone who walks in. Each time I've been there Fatima has been my waitress. She is so sweet and helpful.
I usually start with a slice of pizza when I come here. They have a good number of specialty slices, they vary each day. But buffalo chicken and chicken parm are specialty slices they seem to have every day. However, the regular slice is perfect and my favorite. The crust is perfectly crisp but not overdone, just the right amount of sauce and a great blend of cheese that comes out of the oven so gooey and delicious.
The vodka sauce at Alfredo's is phenomenal. Vodka sauce is my favorite and I pretty much try it at every restaurant I go to, it is my go to dish. This is my go to pizzeria/restaurant for penne alla vodka.
They also have personal pies with basically any kind of topping you would like. They do sandwiches, meats, chicken and, seafood. They have salads that are wonderful.
I really can't think of one bad thing to say about Alfredo's. All I know is that I am sorry I didn't discover it sooner and I will be eating here for years to come.
Good food great prices – what more can you ask for ?!
Yes, they're a tad more pricey than other pizzerias around the area but they consistently serve great food. Everyone (inside the store and the delivery man) is friendly and helpful. I have never run into any issues with my order or the service. Order during the pasta specials nights, (believe it's Mon-Wed) for more bang for your buck.One small downside, whenever I order pasta I always forget to specify which type of pasta (e.g. Linguine, spaghetti , etc) and they always default to serving penne. Would be nice if they asked so I can remember to specify, but won't hold it against them..

I've only been a couple of times so far but I like their chicken rolls and spinach pinwheels so far!
They only accept cash so my first visit I had ordered and then saw the sign and said ohh my gosh never mind and apologized! Halfway back to my car I realized I did have a little bit of cash and as the guy saw me coming back in and popped my order right back in the oven. The wait wasn't bad. The place itself has a decent amount of tables and looks like it would seat a group comfortably. I prefer to eat my pizza in the comfort of my own home but at least the option is there!
Definitely want to try some more menu items especially since there's been an unfortunate lack of good pizza around lately!
