Gloria Pizza
“I never liked the New York style regular slice And then I had Gloria's. It's amazing!”
“Their right next door to the Midway theater on Queens Blvd. We get delivery from their once a week, but every no and then I stop in for a slice.”
“However, I'm giving this 4 stars because the stuffed mushrooms and garlic knots are disgusting.”

Only place in a 10 mile radius that makes whole wheat pizza. First time trying it…not bad.
Was a little disappointed in their rice ball but all in all the pizza was satisfactory.
The staff however is great. Super friendly and accommodating.
I wasn't blown away with the taste or the price, but my husband was pleased. Everyone has their own pizza preferences, so it's worth a shot. I will say, that it is conveniently located next to the movies and shopping area, if you want a quick or cheap bite. There are also several bars in the area, although I'm not sure if it 's open late.
Disappointed. Dough was dense, crust tasted like frozen pizza I had in elementary school cafeteria. Oily, skimpy on cheese and sauce. We ordered two pies and one slice was all I could stomach. Saturday night next to movie theatre and the place is empty. Shoulda known better.
A OK for a pizza craving since it's literally a couple blocks from home. Pizza is served up hot and quick. Can't complain too much.
Average is how I would describe Gloria's. We came here one Sunday night hoping for a good slice of New York pizza and we were disappointed. The pizza was not bad, it was okay but definitely oily. We got a large pizza with garlic knots and rice ball. I liked the rice ball, because it had a lots of cheese inside. The garlic knots was just okay, tasted more like dough than anything, not a whole lot of garlic flavor. My husband was very disappointed in their pizza because he took some home to work the next day and he said the oil made it super soggy and almost inedible. He actually ended throwing most of it away. The service was pretty good and the guy who helped us were very nice. Also the garlic knots and rice balls were cold when we got them and we actually had to heat it up ourselves when we got home which irked me a little as I expected my food to be hot when I get it. In all honesty, nothing to write home about but we will probably ended up coming here again since its so close to our house.
I've ordered pizza pies from Gloria's twice since moving to Forest Hills a year ago, once for delivery and once for pickup. I appreciate how their estimated times for pickup as well as delivery have been very accurate thus far. Plus, we never had to wait long at all.
I think their pizzas are just okay. It's not the best pizza I've had, but certainly not the worst. The crust lacks a nice crunch. I do like the tanginess of their tomato sauce.
The pizzas here are pricey. A large pizza pie with one topping cost $21. If you want half your large pizza pie to have one topping and the other half another topping, it'd cost you $23. Seriously? For that price, I'd rather go to Nick's Pizza for some gourmet pies instead.
Their garlic knots with pepperoni are fun. I've never seen that before and I think it's delicious.
Unfortunately, I have no intentions to come back.
I came here late at night after school and i enjoyed my experience. The staff was so friendly and sweet. I ordered the chicken roll, garlic knots and a snapple. The garlic knots were so good and tasty! Omg! They also gave me a free side of sauce for my chicken roll! So happy!
Excellent spot bringing justice to the oft overrated NYC slice. Italian Ice is great too. Nice clean spot with some good specialized slices. Conveniently next to the movies. Highly recommended.
