  1. My first experience to Campania was definitely a good one! Really lovely restaunt with gorgeous chandeliers and dark brick walls. This cozy restaurant serves up some great food.

A friend and I came to check it out after work one day, we couldn't choose between the meatballs or the tripe for an appitizer so we had the waiter suprise us. His choice was the meatballs and they were excellent! The Polpette Di Nonna meatballs, is served up with fresh ricotta, shaved parmesan tomato sauce and two flat bread slices –highly recommended. For entrees we shared the Lombarda Pizza with is served  tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, parmesan shavings, and truffle oil. Priced at about $18 it is absolutely worth every penny. Lastly, for desert the Nutella pizza was recommended but I was a little disappointed with it- the crust was to stiff and it overall was just a boring dish (something you would make at home in seconds) — I would pass on this.

Our server Abdell was fantastic, if your lucky enough to get him you will be disappointed!

  2. Been here several times, twice for a gathering and multiple times for dinner.

The catering for the gathering was nice. The service was great. We were in the back room, which was spacious and private. The food was served family style.

If you want dinner here, you have to come early on weekends. It gets pack. All south Shore SI is here on the weekend. The wait it over 2 hrs.

Yes the food is good, but there are other Italian restaurants too.

  3. I've been here a few times now and really like their pizza. I've tried their margherita, lombarda, americana, spinach, salsiccia and pesto pies. The spinach and lombarda are my favorite. I liked the pesto the least. I have also tried their fried calamari, which is a large portion and fried zucchini as well. Of course, you must order the nutella pizza! Who doesn't like a little nutella to finish off their meal?! Staff is friendly and helpful with the menu items. The space is nice and definitely a good place for large groups.
