  1. I decided to take my toddler today for the first time. ( I know I know!) We absolutely loved it although I picked up a few tips for next time lol Diana was the girl at the front desk today and she was awesome and so very helpful. Actually, everyone I encountered today during my visit gave me nothing but positive vibes. So I decided to ditch the stroller today…big mistake! It's cold and we had coats and bags and scarves and we had to lug them around everywhere which of course caused me to put down my phone and tokens..and walk away! Luckily a worker nearby saw us frantically searching and let me know he had found them and had his boss holding it up front. Phew!!
We got hungry after a while so we ordered an Individual pizza ($7) and a soda. (Self serve= free refills) I sprung for the cute cup, because why not? Lol and we had a seat.
The gentleman who delivered our food was also super pleasant and polite.
Chuck e himself would come out from time to time and invite all the kids to the front to do the dance. It was super cute although I think that if the sound system was where the mouse actually was doing his dancing, it would've had a better effect. The sound was low so it was a tad awkward and the kids weren't sure what to do.
At the end, the mouse throws a handful of tickets in the air, and I almost had to get besides myself as these 2 aggressive Asian women almost knocked my son down to get to a ticket that landed besides us. S.M.H Really? Really. I suddenly remembered I was in Flushing. Sigh
Other than that and the very awkward trip to the bathroom (which was clean btw) where as we were washing our hands a lady comes in with a little girl and proceeds to enter a stall and spank her a few hundred times for not "having a good time" apparently. My goodness. We had a lovely time! We collected our football prize and were on our merry way. Happy baby, happy life.

  2. Honestly? This place wasn't half as bad as the reviews makes it seem. Lisa R., our kids and a couple of family members went about an hour and change after opening on a Tuesday. The place was pretty dead when we arrived. The food is expensive…I spent a little over 40.00 on 70 tokens, an individual pizza with one topping, two drinks and a salad bar plate. Lisa R. ordered a little more for the rest of the group and the size of the Large pie was pretty plentiful. The sampler style platter was huge, including fries, wings, breadsticks and a cheesy bread with tons of dipping sauces. From my perspective, the place was not dirty. The bathrooms were decent, the tables were all clean and cleared, the floors were pretty much spotless. I don't know if the other reviews reflect a more high volume time, but they were pretty inaccurate in my opinion. Wasn't much staff around that I noticed and you really wish some parents would watch their kids closer…but that isn't the places problem. I like the system they have for entry and exiting. When you come in…you and your party are all stamped with the same number. When leaving, the guard checks the numbers to ensure that everyone leaving came together. Prizes are expensive, and the machines really don't give you and tickets unless you get super lucky – but all of the games/rides are 1 token each so thats pretty cool. Check the website for coupons, and save the extra printed receipts – they have some great deals! Our toddlers had a blast.

  3. This place isn't just for kids. It's fun to come in and play a few games for cheap. For $5, you can get 15 tokens and each game costs only 1 token (even the basketball shooting one). It's fun playing some of the games, but some are pretty outdated. Don't expect a lot of tickets from the games like at dave and busters. The place also reeks of cheese. I think the most disappointing part is that 33 tickets only gets you 3 rolls of sweet tarts (like the size of the smarties candy rolls) unless you want plastic spiders. 50 tickets gets you the tiny box of nerds, but most likely it'll cost you more than $5.

  4. Smells like throw up. Great for kids but definite dreadful for adults. If you want your kid to have a good time while you eat pizza that's tolerable, you definitely go here. Good luck to all of the parents, older siblings, and babysitters.

  5. The pizza here is good but small.  The games here are more catered towards young kids, but once in a while its fun to treat yourself a kid and pretend that you're a kid again.

Definitely come here with coupons to maximize you experience.  They have coupons for chuck e cheese tokens and food, so look hard to see if you can find some before you get here.

The car games here are fun, you get to interact and challenge other players sitting next to you, allowing a great competitive and fun environment.  You can also save you profile and your high scores will be automatically saved.  However, I think they occasionally erase it or reset their systems.  So that's the sad part if your a person that loves to always see their high score on a arcade machine.

I would definitely come here again, but never empty handed.  I'll always come prepared with coupons in hand.

  6. I came here for a kid's party. When I arrived – one hour after the party started – I found out that the oven wasn't working. My friend pre-ordered pizza, sandwiches and chicken wings for the guests but only got pizza (from an outside vendor). All the guests were hungry and the pizza arrived late. To make matters worse, when my friend inquired about the food, they wouldn't provide her with answers. At one point, I was going to step out to get a snack and I noticed that their salad bar was operational. It upset me because the least the venue could have done is give us something from the salad bar to hold us over due to the inconvenience.

  7. The entrance smells like dirty diapers and puke but once you get pass it, you're little one will be in Heaven.

I've been here once for a bday party, where I felt they really rushed every thing and didn't even eat the food.  It looks like frozen pizza they just nuke.  I also got charged for a bottle of water because I didn't want to drink fountain soda.

I'm sure everything is covered in germs, as I've never seen anyone wipe down anything.  But how can you say no to the giant eyes that look up at you when they say, "Auntie, I like Chuck E Cheese and I'm having so much fun!"

An hour to 1.5 hours is enough fun for any kid to get tired of playing the games over and over.

But seriously he got sick right after this visit and I had a load of puke to clean up at home.  Pretty sure he picked up a bug from this place.  I would not advise eating the food unless you want your kid to get sick onsite.

  8. So my boyfriend & decided to be weirdos & go eat pizza at Chuck e. Cheese because the Five Guys at sky view is now closed! :'/ (why??) Any who, we walked in and ordered a large pizza with two drinks for $20 & it came with about 30 free tokens. The pizza took a while to come. Mostly because it was very crowded that day. But it was very good. We got pepperoni & mushrooms. I was expecting a nasty pizza but it was quit decent. The workers there are also very nice.
