Walked over from the brownstones and am so happy that a delicious pizza/bar with great service and outdoor and indoor seating has opened up nearby. It's about time!
Enjoyed their HH drinks (Pinot Grigio at $5). Their oven roasted chicken with focaccia and grilled onions were flavorful. Wish there was a roasted chicken pizza topping option with these Caramelized onions!
My husband and I got a half meatball/sausage/hot peppers and half eggplant large pizza. It was cooked and flavored to perfection. We're talking ample toppings and a crust that can keep up with all the toppings. We also got a sample of their new margherita pizza which was perfection.
It's less than a week open so everyone was extra friendly (I must have gotten hellos from 6 different people) but the service was genuine with excitement to join the Englewood community. This foodie will have them with open and eager arms! We needed this place!
I've been a big fan of Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza for quite some time now and I'm super excited that a location opened up in the area I work. Though they don't deliver which would be clutch they still have the most delicious chicken wings ever. Love the rosemary and caramelized onions, such a different spin on chicken wings. The size of the wings are huge and meaty and not to mention moist. The pizza is pretty good I enjoy the taste of the coal fired oven.
I have yet to visit this location but look forward to it soon!
I'm a big fan of this casual Italian restaurant chain. This new location has been open for two weeks and it has been a flawless start. The chain has brought staff up from its Florida locations and the new staff float as shadows watching the pros do their stuff. Service is impeccable for a new location. Very impressive. Onto the food. I've been hitting up various locations for years. They were walking the floor with samples for newbies. My favorites are the four signature dishes: pizza (well done is how they roll), my personal fav wings (served with a huge portion of cooked onions, focaccia), the meatballs are splendid. I'm a fan of their salads but we didn't try it tonight or the cheesecake dessert. I give the salads here a big thumbs up. We were the first of a party of four and grabbed a local IPA ($4 and Yuenlings are $3 during HH) and white wine. Very adequate. There is outdoor seating with chairs and tables (good to bring a well-behaved dog). The bar inside is substantial with chairs and seating for about 20. Good selection of fresh drafts including Peroni and lots of local wines.Tons of TVs scattered throughout to watch sports or whatever. There is delivery service if you want to call ahead and pick up but it could be a really good local bar/pub choice, I certainly will be back soon.
