  1. Awful, awful.

They're a ripoff. They charge $4.25 for a small slice – a third smaller than at most joints, where they charge at most $2.75. They're clearly preying on tourists walking between the Flatiron Building and Times Square. Shameful, and it makes you think that a chain like Domino's moving in wouldn't be such a bad replacement.

  2. The pizza here is actually not bad. Good amount of cheese and sauce on their slices. And with the topping slices, they actually put a a very generous amount of meat on them. This place is not cheap though for what you get ($2.75 cheese slices, $3.50 to $4 for topping slices).

Also, this place is very dirty. There are always stains all over the floor and the interior is very beat up and aged. It has looked like this for years, so you know the staff doesn't care. Speaking of the staff – the guys at the counter are generally very rude. They rarely smile, are disgruntled, and like to make smart alec comments to their customers. Not recommended at all.

  3. Pizza- gross
    Service- horrible
    Ambience- disgusting
Still cost us $20 for 4 slices of pizza
And… they charge extra ($1.75) if you want to use a debit card

We were willing to try this place out because sometimes the "diviest" places are the best when it comes to pizza. Boy, were we wrong.

I do not recommend anyone coming here unless they feel as though they may be dying of hunger, particularly when you are in NYC. I feel like the fact that this is located in NYC alone should help them realize that they REALLY need to step up their game. Badly…

  4. I can't believe that this place had only one review!  This place serves decent food at great prices.  A good variety of slices.  They also serve breakfast.  Have stayed at the Broadway Plaza next door for the past 4 years, and always look forward to having a few of their cheap slices while I'm there.

  5. Not a fan of their pizza..the taste was just not good. My office ordered a few pies from here and no one enjoyed it. We were better off getting domino's or papa johns. But because of the distance, one block away, we ordered from here.

  6. With Broadway Pizza, it boils down to a tale of two periods – lunch and dinner.  During lunch the lines are all over the place and the pizza is hot and fresh, so good that its worthy of being called some of the best pizza in the area if not NY in general.  When the rush hour is of no more, so is their ability to make yummy pizzas as things get stale and old, almost leftover like fashion.  Even if you ask for it fresh, it still comes out to be lacking in serious quality and taste.  Stick around for lunch and try their pepperoni and sausage, its easily one of their best combinations toppings.

Not all is gravy however, they only take cash and there is no fresh pizza for dinner, only lunch. Interior is limited, but there is a second floor for dining to avoid some of the main floor chatter.

  7. Out of all the pizza places I have tried in New York City, this was probably the worst one. My boyfriend and I just wanted a slice, and we stopped by here because it was close to our hotel. Although the size of the slices was of a typical New York slice, the taste was not. It wasn't saucy enough, and was just blah. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you were desperate to have something to eat.

  8. This place is ok, nothing special at all.  Staff is friendly.  They don't take cash and only have one tiny sign under the register that you don't see til you go to pay.  I was in a hurry and came in to get a salad( of all things)! The lettuce mix was fresh and the chicken tastes pretty good.

The pizza looked pretty horrible. I wouldn't get it unless I was so drunk I couldn't see straight.  And it's not even 1pm yet!
