Chop spot is a good little Portuguese BBQ style restaurant. Its mainly for take out and delivery orders but they do have a small seating area in the back . I have been coming here since they opened. The owners are very nice and always pleasant. Staff is very friendly and helpful to any of your menu needs. Majority of their food is cooked over a rotisserie spit and wood fired flame for that smoked flavor. Portions are very large usually good enough for two people per order. Only down fall is sometimes the food can be a little on the salty side. I have always enjoyed the Salmon Steak with vegetables and potato. I also like there chicken and ribs combination but sometimes it can be on the salty side.
This is my go to Portuguese barbecue spot. I really enjoy the chicken and veggies, but the rice is not the best. There's a lot of competition in the area, but since this place is close to me I go here most often.
They do deliver and the food is prepared quickly. It's also very affordable. The portions are a nice size. My food can last for two days, and I normally pay under $10. They also have a lunch special Monday through Friday that's even cheaper.
This place isn't fancy. There's a few tables, and Ido notice people dining in from time to time. I suggest doing take out or delivery because the dining in experience might not be the most enjoyable. Overall this place has quality food with decent prices.
Good food.. Love the beef empanadas. Small place to eat, be prepared to smell like chicken when you leave.. I almost ate my jacket. I always get the half chicken, rice, fries combo with a side of black beans. Their chicken isn't dry like it's been sitting like the other bbq places.. My husband loves his shrimp dish
A stripper put me on to this place j.k…but ya just doing some yelping and I found this awesome place in linden…great service and huge portions, a real bang for your buck!!…place is in a plaza so their are plenty of parking space, once you walk in their are seating to the left…they do take cash or credit…which is a plus for me…so right away I knew what I wanted, I showed the picture to the person up front, he told me that is a lot of food, I replied I'm pretty fat lmaooooo…(fat person inside this body of mine) soooo I went with the pork ribs,yellow rice with a egg on top, and French fries…total was about 17$ and change with a Sunkist,…such a hit…portion could of fed three hungry people or one me Ctfu…a must try for good Portuguese bbq around linden roselle park area
