Sips & Bites
“My favorite is the Capsule – roasted turkey (not deli turkey, REAL turkey!), jarlsburg cheese, bacon jam (YESSSS), and brussels sprouts.”
“Now my biggest problem is that I want to try the others but I am so addicted to the Yellowstone I order that every time I go.”
“This tiny place is perfect for a quick lunch break or an informal meeting.”

YUM. LUNCH FTW
really simple but healthy meal. i had the moroccan lentil salad (with the lemon dressing) and an egg w/ toast. couldn't ask for more.
Sips & Bites focuses on seasonal ingredients and consistent quality with a daily rotation of specialty toasts, salads, and warm soups. I tried the Poached Salmon Toast, which was served on a grilled toast with generous scoops of fresh, poached wild salmon salad with roasted shredded harvest vegetable slaw, and topped with a drizzle of fenugreek mint yogurt and capers. Because the menu changes on a daily basis depending on what's fresh, you never know what's going to get – but I can assure you that you can always count on delicious sips and bites!
Friendly service, nice decor and a few seats at this Brooklyn spot remind me of the Village in NYC. They have free wifi which is nice, but comes at the expense of overpriced bites and drinks.
May come back to try the sandwiches if I'm in the area. Will update father that experience.
Awwww… what a cute little spot on North 10th. Without Yelp I would have *never* even noticed this is here.
On my Wednesday coffee quest, Yelp pointed me here. They get their cold brew from some cool ass dudes in Brooklyn somewhere though for the life of me I don't recall the name. It tastes a little bit sweet, almost a touch flowery this coffee. But in a good way.
If I didn't already mention how cool this place is, I'll add that they have free wifi, and a totally chill vibe.
Kubra who I at first called Cobra, is the sweetest too. You guys are lucky to have her!
I don't know about the sips yet, but I like the bites so far.
This little cafe offers up a small menu of sandwiches. They are a bit pricey, but quality is worth paying for, if The Capsule is any indication. This option comes out with roasted turkey, bacon jam, a healthy slathering of mayo, and Jarlsberg (a ballsy choice for a sandwich, I think).
The turkey was a bit drier than the ideal, but definitely beats out your average sliced deli meat. I also enjoyed the heavily vinegared dressing atop the carrots and greens that accompanied the sandwich.
