   So on my way home to my apartment I was craving some salty goodness.  Before me is "Gourmet Unlimited".  It looks clean, well stocked, and full of tasty treats.  So far so good!  I walk in and grab a small bag of potato chips and head to the register.  

   Lady: "Two dollars"
   Me: "Get the f*#k out of here"  

   I leave.  

   Unless those chips are dusted in truffles, they can keep them for $2.  Seriously.

   Lame.

   This place is great.  I always come here for a cheap lunch.  7 dollars for a panini + pickle + chips + soda.  I always get the capri panini which has spinach, pepperoni, turkey, honey mustard — it's not on the menu but for some reason they know what I'm talking about when I ask for it!  

   The people there are pretty friendly and talk to you about random stuff while you're waiting for your food.  I always see people in suits during the lunch hour ordering the chicken cutlet, salads (super cheap) and chicken salad.  

   What also helps is that I live right across the street!  

   One star off for one experience in which I ordered a panini and they just nuked it instead of putting it on the grill 🙁     come onnnnn

   I've only ever bought flowers here…mainly because their prices for other items are a bit steep for my liking, even for that area of the city (hence a 3- instead of 4-star rating).

   But they have a really nice flower selection at very reasonable (and often low!) prices.  They often have new options to choose from.  And I even asked for two bouquets to be rewrapped into one and they happily obliged!

   So give 'em a whirl if you're in the area and need some blossoms for your beloved 🙂
