Every time I go here there's always a line! Why is it they only have one cashier like- all the time?! I understand if there's two or three customers on the line but when you've got 15-20, you might want to open another register. People do have other things to do rather than stand on a Rite Aid line all day. I've seen customers walk in, see the line , and walk back out. Not very good for business.
I came here since I had some time to kill before an event. The store is a good size however they seemed to lack a lot of items. Everything I was looking for was out of stock. The only good thing about this store is that it has parking and there were no lines at the register.
30th Avenue, below 31 Street (going toward 21 Street) really doesn't have that many options in terms of a pharmacy and place to pick up toiletries. Yes, there is another Rite Aid on 30th before this one, but that one is even worse than this location.
There is always a line, the cashiers are always zoned out or just not friendly, there are never employees in the aisles to actually help you find something. The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is they have a decent selection and are open 24 hours. Otherwise, time permitting, I'll walk up to the Duane Reade on Steinway.
