Clean but always crowded, customer services sucks, no one says "hi", "please", " thank you" , nothing, nada, not a word. This particular evening the cashier actually commented, out loud to another cashier that she felt "like a hostage", it was funny, but extremely sad…ma get another job. This location needs more cashiers during peak hours and weekends and some customer soft skills training.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is awful.
I took pictures with two underwater disposable cameras while in the Caribbean. I brought them here to be developed on 11/2/14. After waiting more than 10 minutes for someone to assist me, an employee took my cameras and information. She said I would receive the prints in a couple weeks because they have to send the film to North Carolina to be processed. I said that's fine, I'll call in two weeks.
Two weeks later, I call the main line and ask for Photography. I was put on hold, and after five minutes, I hung up. I called again and I was told to call in the next morning. I called the following morning and they told me their computers were down. I decided calling was not the best plan of action. Since then, I have made random trips to this location trying to get my prints. Each time I have to wait to be assisted and am rushed when I finally get someone's attention. Each time I am told the computers are down or they can't find my prints and ask me to come back.
I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Thanks for losing my memories, Duane Reade.
