Once our food arrived, everything was fine… but leading up to that moment we weren't really sure what we were in for. The place was empty when we walked in. We were told we couldn't order from the set lunch special menu because we were sitting in and not taking away. Okay fine, but we were a bit miffed because the sit down menu was way more expensive than the take away menu. I can't fault the food when it arrived though. It was quite good. I'll go back, but probably do takeaway next time.
I order 1 Bite for lunch at least once weekly. The shepherd salad is still one of my all-time favorite Turkish dishes, but most recently I opted for the eggplant salad, and it did not disappoint. Delivery is great for me because it's super quick, and they offer a few little one-bite add-ons like yogurt, some sort of eggplant tomato sauce, and a gelatin dessert with an almond in the middle. Yum.
