“We then finished with a cheese slice which had the most amazing tomatoey flavour and was nice and crisp.”
“Not only is the price amazing ($1 a slice, an unbelievable $2.75 for two slices and a can of soda), the pizza is good.”
“Thankfully due to Yelp, I knew better and so this became a destination as we walked from Grand Central to Times Square.”

If you walking and you need a quick meal the pizza here is where you need to get it from. For 2.99 I get 2 slices and a canned soda can't beat it…quick service I won't say friendly but I won't call me hostile. Hey about quick service in and out
Pizza at a dollar a slice ?! Yes, please!
I'm sure pricing fluctuates depending on the time of day, but for a quick cheap meal an avenue away from Broadway totally worth it. The table setting is a little awkward and on a busy day you probably would be lucky to get a seat; however, it's totally outweighed by being able to get a decent slice of pizza for a buck.
I'd definitely say this is more of a grab and go spot, so if you don't have the time or the want to spend 2 hours in a Time Square restaurant hit it up!
NAH BRO.
Ordered 2 slices: 1 Pep w/ pineapple (why? are you too cheap for ham?) and 1 sausage that was slacking on the sausage.
Cheese tasted fake. Skimping on the sausage. You call yourself pizza?
Oh and your service sucks, obviously the guy at the register would rather count some stupid change and take his sweet time with the line waiting to order pizza.
I took a 3 hr drive from Maryland to my hometown of NYC just because I wanted a good old slice of pizza and home- not the norm for most but it was well worth the drive
Fine for what is is, $1 pizza (including tax). There are only two flavors, cheese and pepperoni (additional toppings can be added for extra, but they just go on top of the already cooked pizza). There seem to be other menu items as well, but most people came for pizza and when we went that was mostly all that they were serving anyway.
My friend and I came in to grab a quick bite before going to see Matilda on Broadway. The slices are pretty large. The bottom of the pizza was nice and crispy, but the dough overall was thicker than what I expected for NY style pizza (I am a thin crust fan).
I did move a little slowly trying to figure out how to pay at the end of the line (you just hand to cashier person or leave the $1 bill on the glass counter), so I was yelled at, but in the nice New Yorker kind of way (clearly, I'm not a local), lol.
Pretty good and satisfying $1 pizza, but you get what you pay for and there are a lot of other places to choose from as well.
This is a go to spot! We
Had been out all day and were hungry. Our eyes darted to and fro looking for a pizza palace. The year prior I had Two Brothers and loved them. Not realizing where I was I looked up from my hungry state and saw the mirage of two brothers pizza!! Could it be?! I rushed in and immediately bought a large pie. I'm currently enjoying their amazing, fresh pizza. Don't pass em up-
Cash only! But really though, it's a $1 slice of pizza. There's a conveniently located sketchy ATM near the entrance of 2 Bros in the event you don't have cash on hand.
Now, I feel like I shouldn't complain about a big slice of pizza that's $1, but…
1. The slice is served at room temperature
2. The crust is too chewy for my liking
3. The ambiance is like an old hospital but greasier
1 & 2 can be alleviated by firing up the slice in an oven (but that destroys the supply chain of serving customers), and 3…not much you can do about that. But I'm here to eat!
Honestly, the flavor of the pizza ain't too bad. And if you're like me and need soda with pizza, then buck up – it's $1.75 for a can of Coke.
Would I return? I think I would rather pursue my quest of trying other $1 pizza joints in town instead.
NY pizza at its finest. Fresh and hot from the oven, plenty of ingredients and an open kitchen. I watched someone make 3 pizzas, throwing the dough and all, with a huge thing of cheese and sauce beside him. The wood oven is also huge.
I can see why someone at work was so desperate for me to try this place, it did live up to expectations!
The pizza was hot, a very large slice indeed, paper plates, quick queue to get your pizza. All around no complaints. There are a couple of tables to perch at outside and this was lovely in the sun! Great spot as its so close to Broadway, both pre and post show.
