Ordered for delivery – came quickly and food was very good for its price. Got the spicy tuna roll and eel and avacado roll. Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to go back to try more things !
I'm not quite sure whether it is because of the fact that delivery order in general underperforms, or I'm simply not at a good mood for fish, I did not quite enjoy my sushi box. Both the tuna rolls and the miso soup complementary were lack of flavor! Portion size was huge though, as I could only finish half of my box and already left pretty stuffed. The steamed broccoli with teriyaki sauce was at an OK level; however I would be really surprised if they mess up with a steamed dish.
Delivery speed was quite fast nevertheless.
The best sushi/ sashimi in Murray Hill, hands down. Love the $25 Sashimi deluxe… so filling and amazingly fresh all the time.
your average manhattan sushi spot, but what differentiates this place is their amazing lunch price. It's truly a steal.
I ordered delivery from here today and had a positive experience. The delivery was on time and my order was correct.
I got the lunch special – with tip, it came to about $12. 2 rolls: avocado eel and avocado peanut. Both of the rolls were good!
The salad was puny – just some romaine with a few shredded candidates…it was not very good.
Overall, this was an OK lunch, but I prefer the rolls and the side salad from Tenzan much better.
This review is for take-out. I specified in my 7 piece sushi order no shrimp or smoked salmon (I hate smoked salmon and I've had their shrimp before and didn't like it). Guess what I received? Both shrimp and smoked salmon. Out of the 20+ pieces on their sushi menu, there are def other options or they could have doubled something. Will not be ordering from here again since they cannot be trusted to get my order right which is too bad because their sushi is not bad (but I don't want to risk the wasted money).
I never think takeout sushi is as good as dine in sushi, but this is one of the best take out sushi places in the area. I appreciate that they have brown rice option, really good green salad & fresh fish.
The sushi was really good. I was surprised considering that it's delivery. I will definitely order Adrain. Minus one star because I had multiple calls front the restaurant because they couldn't find location despite writing clear directions in the online order.
