This is the closest pizza place to my house, so I order from here frequently. The pizza is pretty good and it is hard to beat the large cheese pizza for $8.95 deal that they have going on Monday through Thursday. I've tried some of the other things from here and they've been OK. House salads are usually just iceberg lettuce with some tomatoes and onions, which has been a little disappointing. Meatball Parm is pretty good, the meatballs taste homemade and so does the sauce. Penne a la Vodka pasta and penne a la vodka pizza is good and I've also tried the gnocchi with pink sauce. Pasta portions are pretty large and they always give you bread on the side. They also have slices too, which can be rare among pizza shops in this area. It is nice to find a pizza place that serves slices if you're not in the mood to order a whole pizza. I also like the personal brick pizza because it is enough for one person and the slices are smaller. I ordered Tiramisu once from here and when I called to tell them it tasted weird, they blew me off and said it tasted fine to them. The people that answer the phones are abrupt and can be a bit rude at times. I always think it is because they're so busy, but they could take a couple more seconds of their time to be polite to the customers instead of being so abrupt and slamming the phone down after they've taken your order.
We ordered from here on a Wednesday night. Hard to beat $8 for a large cheese pizza. Added three toppings and it came to $14 and change. An order of wings on top of that (8 total) plus delivery brought the order to $22. Not bad.
Wings were delivered in a plastic container which means the breading was soggy by the time it got to my door. That sogginess is nothing a little aluminum foil can't cure, but some wing delivery places just don't get that. And Three Guys, thanks for the complementary bleu cheese, but where's the celery to go with it?
The pizza was good, but about an hour after eating it, we both felt a little queezy. And this was no coincidence. I was daring enough to give Three Guys the benefit of the doubt by eating the left overs the next day. And like the night before, started feeling sick to my stomach about an hour later.
When I go to my in-laws we always order Pizza from 3 Guys. I have to say their Pizza is pretty spot on. A couple of times we ordered pizza from other places in town and nothing comes close to 3 guys. It's just good pizza. Their sandwiches are pretty good to. I usually order the Chicken sandwich from the Gourmet sandwich menu (Grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, arugula, with balsamic vinegar and oil), my wife usually orders the Chicken Francese sandwich which is really good. The deli sandwiches ain't too bad either.
