Coming to this New Hyde Park southern Indian restaurant was a complete waste of time. Came for lunch and we were asked if we wanted to have the buffet, upon checking it out, it looked pretty sketchy and only had about 5 dishes. Off to the side was something resembling Uncle Ben's rice. We were told it was brown basmati rice… Right. So we opted to order from the menu instead. Chose to order chicken tikka appetizer, daal and chicken stew with cocoanut only to be told they don't have any of them! Seriously? Why are they on the menu then?! We wound up leaving. Horrible experience, if a place has something on the menu that they don't offer, that is infuriating. Will not return and only recommend to people who are flexible with what they're in the mood for.
