  1. Normally I wouldn't review a 7-11 but this place is an exception!!! I have never seen a place ran by such a pack of absolute misfits. Each of the employees supersedes the other in their level of ineptness. One employee wears his shirt button way down, treating us all to his abundant chest hairs, while he works the register AND serves food from the Hot food area (pizza, taquitos, breakfast empanadas)…….speaking of that area, it IS RARELY STOCKED!!!! WHERE IS THE FOOD???? I've come in numerous times and there is no food there in the middle of the A.M. rush. How is that possible?? I ask them for the hot food, and I can barely make out "not ready" but yet there is none even cooking in the oven!!! The employees barely comprehend English, making asking them questions a lost cause.

I gave this place one star because, at very least the coffee is usually stocked and ready. I understand that you don't need much interaction with employees on a normal visit from 7-11 but the unpreparedness, level of competence, and attitude when asked something is just way too unacceptable……there is a Burger King across the street that I'm sure can do a better job.

  2. Very small 711. They don't have many selections, nor is the customer service good. The slurpee machine wasn't working and the place itself is very dirty with sticky floors.

Oh, and the parking lot sucks – it's way too small and it's by a main road with a lot of traffic.

    I would not recommend.

  3. This 7-11 is by far my least favorite but when running late & needing to get into Brooklyn ASAP I will sometimes stop here rather than stopping closer to home to beat some traffic. One product they don't have that others do is the Sabra Hummus packs with the pretzels. I am on a diet & like hummus with my vegetables & sometimes get home so late that it would be helpful to me if they carried that so I can have my hummus with my peppers & cucumbers. Water is the same price here as it is by home: 2 for $2 for Poland Springs 33.9 ounce bottles. Everything else is s tad bit more expensive & I can only accredit that to being in Queens. City tax is awesome, isn't it?! This 7-11 is definitely packed in the morning with lots of people heading to work so sometimes it takes a while to pay. All in all it serves it's purpose but only in emergency situations.
