4 solid *s for the kofta kebab. Always perfectly grilled, tender and full of flavor. I get the kofta & rice, which is $8 and comes with a salad. Top this off with their spicy hot sauce (they're not kidding when they say it's hot, it REALLY is, and I'm someone who can take quite a bit of heat) and tahina, and you have on terrific budget meal.
I'm taking off a half star because sometimes the rice is out a too long and you get a few overly dry clumps (otherwise, it's nice and fluffy), and sometimes the salad is a little sad and wilty (a little, not too much, but definitely noticeable).
