This is a new (been there since the summer) Halal cart near Journal Square. I expected it to be pretty standard but it was actually really good! Lots of lamb and everything was well seasoned. Salad was crisp and rice was nicely cooked. Definitely a pleasant surprise and super cheap too.
I would just say stay away from the chicken. Not a fan.
