Good place for a cheap and quick meal. The tacos are really delicious, and the ambience is quite cozy.
I love this place. It is my go to for delivery. It used to be la cocinita Latina and I believe the menu is still pretty similar. The food isn't AMAZING but it is good. Lately I have become addicted to the agave chipotle salad (sans tomato, onion and cheese). The avocado, chicken and tostadas are all really yummy. The first time I had it I asked for the dressing on the side but it definitely works better when they put it on their themselves. The chicken empanadas are great and I like the tacos too (I've tried steak and pork). You can't really go wrong with a burger from here either. I haven't ordered the chicken or beef guisado since the name change but my opinion before that was that you get a lot of rice, decent amount of beans and not that much meat. I preferred the beef to the chicken but generally the food is good. I love this place!
The prices are low and the food is amazing. I hear that the place was recently remodeled and renamed and the space is well utilized but still comfortable for dining in. The staff was pleasant and there is more than enough TVs to keep you occupied while you wait.
Food:
I had the Tex-Mex burger and it was absolutely perfect. Thick and juicy patty and the guacamole was good on the burger (this coming from a guy whose not really big on avocados). All of the food tasted very fresh down to the fries. My friend had the chicken Italian salad. Grilled chicken breast was tender and juicy.

Service and Ambience: The place looks clean and the lady at the register was nice. This place is not authentic Mexican but it is still decent (not amazing) for take out.
Food: I've had the vegetables tacos twice. The first time it was pretty good and had lots of veggies including broccoli, carrots acne cauliflower. The second time there was barely any vegetables (like a piece of bell pepper or two). I suggest you inquire as to what kind of veggies they have that day.
The chicken taco was pretty good, the sauce a little spicy. The tortilla breaks very easily so have lots of napkins handy.
I've also had the chicken salad that came with eggplants. Although it was pretty tasty, it tasted so greasy that kind of defeated the purpose of having a salad.
Prices were pretty cheap; $3 for a taco. If you're really hungry, order ar least 2 tacos.
I'm going to give their burrito a try before making a final judgment.
Agave, related to Vittorio's Pizza Plus, and also known as La Cocinita Latina (on Seamless, etc) should really be a 2.5 but I'll give them a two until I am convinced otherwise. Really, Agave is hit or miss (although they've been mostly misses). I've been here a few times and nothing was consistent – not even the service.
The place is small and cozy but the front door rattles the entire place whenever someone enters or exits. The food can be amazing or the food can be destined for a landfill (unless they ran out of a staple dish before your arrival). The service can be super pleasant and attentive or the ladies could all be hiding behind the counter.
Will I ever go back? Maybe.. but not for a while.
