Literally a nightmare. Let's look past the fact that this is not mexican food at all. Nor can it be considered bad asian food (as the place is run by asians who can't speak english or spanish). Let's take this time to question the sanitation rating that is SOMEHOW an A. How many people they must have paid off to not get shut down is already beyond me, but an A!??!?!?! Just look at the place! It's FILTHY!!! They honestly had to TRY to maintain this place at its currently unsanitary state. Friend and I ordered a shrimp fajita last night and wow, did we almost throw up. Picture that gaping patrick face. That was us. Staring at the "chefs". Which were in dirty clothes, hair barely tied up, EATING FALLING-APART BURRITOS AS THEY CHOPPED UNIDENTIFIED VEGETABLES ON A DIRTY CUTTING BOARD. VEGETABLES CONTINUED TO FALL ON DIRTY STEEL COUNTER AND WOMAN FLICKED IT INTO A DIRTY LOOKING BOWL TO BE COOKED. HER BURRITO BITS WERE FLYING EVERYWHERE AS SHE CHEWED SO LOUDLY IT CAN BE HEARD OVER THE GRILL SIZZLE. MAN IN THE BACK CHOPPING MEAT… please don't make me picture that again. GIRL FLIPPING "tortillas"… Something that resembled a dead fly dropped on one and you picked it off with your bare fingers and continued to touch everything and cook that very tortilla. AND WHAT WAS WORSE was that the fajita tasted like SHIT. There were 2 pieces of old shrimp in it. Friend thought there wasn't any guacamole in our fajita until we realized the brown substance was supposed to be guacamole but it later turned into a color of yellow brown midway through eating!!! It had the texture of cottage cheese and the consistency of blood. TO TOP THAT OFF, the world's most hideous fish was on display in the world's smallest and dirtiest fish tank. That poor creature, having to witness the monstrosities of "Al Carbon Taco" day after day. I hope they don't feed it left over fajitas.
