sujebi is one of my favorite foods! and this place is the bomb dot com. it's a small venue which gives it a homey feel with your huge bowl of sujehbi or kalguksu. if you like both, you can have both! ask for kaljehbi!
I personally like the sujebi better because it keeps its chewy consistency throughout your meal. the kalguksu tends to get mushier. the huge bowl is packed with big flavors. I had the clam kaljehbi and my, my, my, they didn't skimp out on the clams! it's the perfect meal on a cold winter day.
due to its small size, one downside is how close you're sitting with other customers. you know they be hearing your conversation. but they can chime in if they want… why not?! 🙂
