This would be America's food court if America's only options were (1) the ubiquitious Chinese take out joints with pictures of lo mein, fried rice, and their chicken doused in sugary, neon sauces or (2) "soul" food joints that offer only sad, canned vegetables with their color faded and entrees that look like Crown Fried Chicken and/or Dallas BBQ left their food sitting out overnight.
This would be America's food court if America was filled with restaurants of questionable cleanliness serving lots of unhealthy food at very cheap prices (it's $5/lb. for everything here).
Huh. I guess it's not that far off.
On the bright side, I am glad the salad and fruit bars are covered by a plastic sneeze guard. And I will say that what you see is what you get; the food is very honest in the sense that it tastes exactly like it looks: not very good.
