This place has again changed its name, its look and menu. Was (and still is) La Follia (credit card was charged by "La Follia") which was a mediocre italian restaurant and is moving 2 blocks down the street, but now w/ a new name and serving French-style food.
The theme seemed to me "petite." The inside looks exactly the same except for different colors of paint on the walls. Small and cozy space w/ petite tables. My husband's cocktail (can't remember the name – w/ whiskey, st. germain) was good but came in a petite glass w/ lots of ice. My wine also came in a wine glass that was on a petite side and not enough pour. For the second round, we opted for a carafe which seemed to be a better deal.
Food was not bad. Beets, tuna tartar, burrata, and muscles were all decent, and at least not petite, especially the burrata. I did enjoy the muscles but fries were not crispy.
Although the lighting of the inside is very cozy, it bounces noise around, which made it pretty noisy and loud w/ bgm and ppl's voices. We were sitting across a very small table, but we still had to lean in to hear what the other person was saying. I could hear the conversation from a few tables over. Just as La Follia and the resto before did (petite canard and something else), they have tables on the sidewalk.
