The people who work here are the sweetest. They smile at you all the time and let me sit in the restaurant while I was waiting for my train at the Port Chester station across the street. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's interior is cozy and gives off a family vibe. There are bible verses painted on the walls and flower vases. I could see myself going here for a get together or even a birthday dinner.
I don't remember the name of what I got, but it was chicken with lemon sauce, rice, and peas and carrots. Again it didn't look too appetizing, but tasted delicious, partly because I was very hungry. I also got the chocolate with ice cream, which was a solid dessert, tasty but nothing super innovative. Overall the nice servers are what made this a better experience for me.
This place is a find.
Arrived at 6:45 and all but two tables were available. Within a half-hour, the place was packed.
We opted for tilapia and salmon mains with sides of eggs and guac, and a Gascon Malbec. It was a terrific meal and the service was memorable.
Located across the street from the Port Chester Metro North station, I will return next time I'm in the area.
colombian food with a twist. It seems that this place is owned by religious owners and changed the names of food to biblical names.
I dont care what they do with the establishment as long as i get good food and it did not disappoint.
The typical bandeja paisa called bandeja santafe here is reconstructed to have just a good amount off food minus the pork belly and the arepa, and they called it something else.
The menu has pics of the most asked for dishes and its in english and spanish. Everyone can just come up and order.
The sunday we went, it was empty and we got a great service. Carlos i think helped us and he was very polite and attentive. refilled out waters and asked if everything was ok.
We all ordered the same meal and we all agreed it was the best food we had that weekend.
They like yelpers and if you tweet or instagram or fb them, they will enter you to win dinner for two every month.
The place looked super clean, definitely will go if around. Also prices are very reasonable.
