  1. Bandejita, $7.50.
    Shell steak, Chicharron, Rice, Beans, and a fried egg.
    Am I missing anything? Oh hell, who cares? It's SO much food already.
    You can't go wrong with it!
    Generous portions, friendly staff, delicious food.

    My only complaint is that we always have to ask for water refills. For my friends and I, that's a big deal because we all inhale our ice-laden water.
    Their flan has a very homemade feel to it, which is a good thing, but we're usually too full after our Bandejitas.

  2. I think the name might have changed to Pollo a la Brasa.  I wasn't paying attention as I decided to look it up after lunching there when visiting a local store.

    It's a clean, bright diner serving Latin American plates… chicken, pork, oxtail soup, chirozo, seafoods, etc. in various combinations (rice, beans, fries, plantains, etc).  The portions were pretty large but overall nothing wowed me.
