Even the one vegan possibility in the cold-sandwich case, the Veggie & Hummus Wrap, is ruined with feta, and it's deceptive because the label lists no ingredients or allergens. It was a major inconvenience to open my overpriced wrap and find cheese after I had paid and left the store. So ask before you buy (time consuming!), and be willing to settle for a fruit cup, a salad, or a certain soup (not very filling!). Or, spend more time getting a fresh sandwich made specifying what you do and don't want. Conclusion: Au Bon Pain is a pain in a vegan's ass.
