Clean and friendly staff. I prefer their previous lunch special more. It was cheaper and had more variety. Overall better and tasty sandwiches!
Yeah, it's average food. This location is MUCH better than the disgusting, dirty one on Broadway.
Au Bon Pain used to be really good back in the day. Oh, how things change..
I can recommend the asiago bagels here and the multi grain bagel — tons better than the Leo's bagels nearby colleagues rave about!
This Au Bon Pain is clean, spacious, and pretty modern! I stopped by recently with my coworker for a quick mid-day snack. I end up getting a double chocolate chip muffin. We were greeting by the staff as they carried on with their employee duties. Overall it was a fun and tasty visit. One thing is there wasn't a cashier available at that very moment to check us out. It seems like any employee can keep out customers and there isn't a designated cashier….I may be wrong. Anyway around 3pm tomorrow, I will sneak away from my desk to satisfy my sweet tooth!
Has anybody been to an ABP that they've found to be above average? Because I haven't. I come here for the egg whites + avocado on a skinny wheat bagel breakfast sandwich when I don't have time to make my own and because this location is on my way to the office. The ingredients taste fairly fresh, and I always finish eating feeling fairly healthy. I came here around 9:15am, and the store was basically empty, so I was able to get my sandwich very quickly.
Normal Au Bon Pain. Open pretty late. If you get a sandwich/salad/soup you're gonna be spending a bit more than if you went to another non-chain bakery. Good for a small snack, like a croissant or cookie. Don't expect those to be fresh-out-the-oven though because they're not. Still tastes good though.
This place is not bad, but it's not great. It's a very convient location near my work place, so I stop by routinely.
It has sort of "cafeteria feel" to it..which isn't all that great. I feel like too many people are interacting with the food before I eat it.
The food is very average. The bread is just so-so. The onion dill bagels are good, and I pick them up often. The service is fast and efficent.
It's a good place to grab something and go.
My friend used to pronounce this place, "Aww, BONE PAIN" LOL. Kind describes my experience. For being a bakery, their baked items are kinda dry. I suspect they've been manufactured elsewhere and trucked in. The sandwiches are OK, but pricey considering the portions. I would prefer to frequent a local bakery, rather than this place. I do eat at their locations in airports and train stations, because at least then you know what you're getting.
