When you're just looking to get a heaping serving of General Tso's (or anything else) this is the place to go. My $7.25 order included an egg roll (one of the best fast food ones I've had in a long time) and enough food for 2 meals for me. I have also tried the veggie lo mein and pork fried rice, which were both tasty and priced very well for the large portions.
The delivery guy has shown up consistently in under 30 minutes the last 3 times we've ordered and now comes to our apartment door once he learned the ins and outs of our funky building setup.
As long as they keep it up, they'll be my go-to delivery for Chinese in the area.
