This could possibly have been the best chicken I've ever had in my life. Juicy (white meat!!), flavorful, tender, organic / GMO free… it was perfect. The rice was tasty as were the sweet potato fries. To drink I had the (non-alchoholic) Chicha Mirada which is made of Peruvian purple corn, pineapple, lime, cinnamon, clover. I wasn't sure how that combination was going to taste but it was deliciously refreshing!
Yes the indoor seating is extremely limited but the taste of the food is so worth the sacrifice of a big comfy booth. Oh and I went with two friends, one from Domenican Republic and one from PERU and they both agreed that the food was amazing, the Peruvian stated that it was the best restaurant since she was back home.
Very fairly priced too, three people ate really good for $40-something. I'll be back!
This is the cutest little place in les. We didn't intend to eat here but decided to stop in on a whim while walking around the area. We had the half chicken which was juicy and tender with sweet potato fries and a glass of chicha morada. The chica morada is like a Peruvian version of lemonade which is made with purple corn, pineapple, lime and cinnamon – it was so refreshing with the chicken. Glad we stumbled upon this little gem. It sounded like they just recently opened and only accept credit card. Only downside is that it's a small space and seems to fit about 10-15 people so when it gets busy be prepared to wait.
