  1. Bagel Buffet has turned into my go-to on my way to work since it is conveniently located on my route.

Giving it 3 stars because quite frankly, their food is a tad overpriced. $3 for a bagel with cream cheese, is a bit much.  Now, they are certainly very generous with their portion of cream cheese (I happen to like a good amount of it on there) and their bagels are very good. You can say I pay it because of the convenience and the quality. Truth is, with a new bagel location opening in my neighborhood in the next few months, they may get my business if they are up to par.

Have yet to try anything else on their menu, although from the looks of it, everything seems good.

When it is busy, service does slow down a bit which is not ideal, but they do make an effort to speed things along.

  2. I stopped in recently with my husband to grab some bagels and cream cheese and breakfast sandwiches. The place was on the crowded side, but the employees were efficient. My husband and I both had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. The sandwich was very good. Everything tastes fresh and I really liked the bagel. The restaurant has many different breakfast and lunch options. I would definitely return.

  3. If you're looking for an amazing Taylor ham egg and cheese on a bagel, look no more. This place has the best one I've ever had. Unfortunately not all of the food is as good as that sandwich. While they have a large variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, not many are great and in fact most are dry (even when you add condiments).

What's cool is that they have a large salad bar and sell cookies/chips you'd find in a grocery store. What isn't cool are their prices and how long you have to wait for the food. Things are overpriced and even waiting for a plain bagel with cream cheese will take over five minutes.

  4. I ditto Chris P's review below but add a star.

"Yes, they are overpriced. Yes, they get very busy and sometimes mess up your order. However, at the end of the day, Bagel Buffet gets so crowded because their food is so good. I left many, many more times satisfied than disappointed."

    their bagels are super fresh.

I LOVE their whole wheat everything scooped out and toasted with low fat veg cream cheese.

  5. I'm new in town and I was looking for a bagel place. This place seems to have a ton of selections. I grabbed a menu. It looks like they deliver. I have yet to order delivery to my new place though, it seems like a lot of places in the area are chain restaurants.

My pumpernickel bagel with egg and cheese was pretty good. I also had a cappuccino that was enjoyable, more so than many places that often put in too much milk.

The employees weren't that friendly. I felt like I was being ushered a long in a cafeteria line, by people who hate their lives (maybe it's true?).

Safe to say I had an alright experience, but the search for my new spot doesn't end here.

  6. If you ask any of the locals tho, they will always say something great about this place, it truly is yummy.

Choices, choices and choices. ive been here a few times and always happy with what i can choose from.

I underestimated the scallion cream cheese—at first i didnt think it would have enough flavor but it does. However ,the egg salad looks gross–been avoiding it. Coffee is always fresh and tastes good. Downfall is the service. Seems to be a bit slow here.  Everything is very reasonably priced too!

  7. Good place to come on the weekends.  Fresh bagels right out of the oven.  They have all kinds of different cream cheeses or will make sandwiches.  Large selection of bagels, rolls and mini bagels.  Prices may be considered high but it is worth the quality.  The bagels are large with just the right amount of crispy and chewy.  Lots of tables to sit down, read the paper and enjoy breakfast.

  8. Great coffee although a tad bit expensive. Will be back for the food as the menu looks good!
