  1. I came later in the day and was worried the bagels might not be super fresh, but I was fortunately wrong. The bagels were soft and pillowy inside with a nice, harder crust; the perfect bagel consistency. I bought a dozen for $12 and they threw in a couple extra. Of course I had to get some of their beautiful rainbow bagels, but they also have everything pumpernickel bagels, which I love, love, love. Next time I'm in the neighborhood I'll have to get more to restock my freezer! I'm not sure how long the bagels I just bought will last.

  2. Such a great corner bagel shop right in the heart of park slope. Super convenient which is right across from the old stone park. Wonderful family owned store with great service. You'll find satisfying breakfasts or lunches. Came here for a everything bagel with turkey, avocado, mozz, and honey mustard. Sandwich was made perfectly. Huge portions and very satisfying. The bagels were delish. Soft and chewy inside with a nice bite on the outside. Wonderful iced or hot coffees and the menu has a wide selection of various creative sandwiches. Great price point. A couple of tables inside to relax but on a nice day sit on the bench outside or go across the street to the wonderful park. I'll be back for sure.

  3. So I'm always around 3rd ave but there ain't sh$$ to eat there so I walked up to fifth and saw bagel world.

I love me a good bagel and they have a nice variety.  Bagels are in house hand rolled and baked.  The customer service was on point and they were super helpful!! It's hard to find good service these days.  I appreciate the service and I'd give the place five stars solely on service.

I got an everything whole wheat bagel toasted with vege cream cheese.  Extra toasted just the way I like it.  The bagel was crispy but not tough, easy to bite and tear apart.  The flavor is delicious and the freshness is obvious.  Cream cheese on fleek!

I love this place.  My new go to when I'm in the area.

  4. Family owned, cute little bagel store that makes you feel like you're in a little general store upstate New York. I love the décor, the nick nacks all over the place, the owners are very friendly, so is the staff, they work very fast, and efficient. It's pet friendly also! Just order from the window, you will see cute dogie quotes, they also give your pup a biscuit. The bagels are good, and so is the French vanilla coffee.

  5. I ordered an egg white omelet with some vegetables on the saturday morning I visited Bagel World.

It did take quite a while for the food to be made, but when it finally did come – I enjoyed it.  My boyfriend also enjoyed his sandwich. The customer service was good, the prices are reasonable, they could be a little bit more attentive to the floor since the table we sat down to eat at was kind of dirty – but overall we had a good experience.

Of course, parking is a pain anywhere in park slope (even on the weekends because the local market vendors set up shop pretty much right across the street from this store – at least in the warmer months).

  6. Simple little shop with really good bagels and spread options. It is quite pricey though – a bagel with lox + cream cheese runs close to $8.

Good friendly service. ANDDD they're open past breakfast time – nothing's sadder than having a bagel craving in the evening to find all the cafes have closed.

  7. Absolutely delicious bagels that are hot and fresh with many many options for fillings. There was a bit of wait on sunday but they're quick, efficient and nice.
    Love it!

  8. This is a perfect Sunday morning stop as the farmers market across the street opens up. Turns out every other yuppie in Park Slope also believes this to be true, so prepare for a small line.

These bagels are killer! Fresh, boiled, soft, flavorful, the best! A wonderful rotating selection of spreads (sun-dried tomato is my fave), as well as pastries and donuts and goodies.

Super cool staff, friendly and efficient – one of my top bagel spots in Brooklyn!!
