Delicious bagel, hot coffee, and nice location. What else is there to say? Stop for a bagel and don't be hungry on your commute.
I went with a classic, cinnamon raisin with plain cream cheese, which was excellent. There are many more offerings though. Check it out.
This is a nice little shop that actually is closed on Saturdays. Once inside the staff are friendly and they have a good variety of spreads, baked goods, and (of course) bagels!!
Overall, the place seems clean and has a decent amount of seating inside. They'll take your order and you can pay for your stuff while they're making the bagel sandwich. That makes things more efficient as well. The glass case is kind of tall and the baked goods stacked on top do make it somewhat difficult to see all the different bagel options due to the obstructed views, but you can make do. Somewhat interesting is that they also serve pizza. As early as 1030ish on a weekend.
The bagels themselves are solid. They are pretty good sized and the cream cheese is mightily proportioned. They are of good texture slightly crisp exterior and not-to-dry interior. Good amount of seasonings on the outside.
On an occasion I splurged for a muffin and it was great. Really soft/moist and the perfect amount of sweetness. Went great with a coffee. Maybe i'll have to go for the trifecta and try a slice of pizza?!?
BAGEL SCORE: 4/5. Solid bagel and cream cheese. Good salt flavor to the everything bagel and the other bagel types I tried also taste good. They are made at location and taste fresh and are not too dry. Nice crisp on the outside. Mounds of cream cheese inside.
