I just got a breakfast sandwich and vegan cheesecake delivered to my door…so please don't ever tell me New York isn't the greatest city on earth….
This use to be my once a week bagle place…the bagles are good… Places opens early closes late…service is great…yes there is free deliver minim ten bucks…but some of there sandwiches are pretty mediocre…so are there desserts… Gets crowed during the morning..during lunch/dinner hours lesser people…but there's alot of bagles stores around the area…but this one is the only one that delivers… So enjoyyy!!
They have delicious coffee and really quick delivery.
However, their bagels don't taste good. Each time I've ordered, the bagels have had a musty taste to them. I once ordered a bacon egg and cheese and it was runny and gross. I ordered a sandwich and couldn't eat it. Just not good quality.
They also don't bother letting you know when they're out of something that you ordered. For example, they'll replace the Vitamin Water flavor I requested with a different flavor, without bothering to call me and ask if that's okay. This also happened when I ordered a banana walnut muffin with chocolate chips… they delivered me a muffin that was clearly only chocolate chip.
And, while delivery is quick, sometimes the delivery guy will call me when he reaches my building, instead of ringing my bell. It almost seems like he expects me to come down instead of him taking the elevator and delivering to my door:
Him: "Hello, delivery is here" Me: "Okay…" *silence* Me: "Are you going to come up?" Him: "Okay, 5F right?" Me: "Yes" (thinking, he knows my apartment number so why the hell did he call me?)
Good croissants and I was surprised how good my everything bagel was.
