I am personally not a cupcake person, but I purchased a dozen assorted little cupcakes for my sisters and they loved them. They're not the best cupcakes that I've had, but I think they're perfect for people who are craving cupcakes and don't want to commit to a full-size cupcake. These bite-sized goodies are so colorful and adorable, you could send someone a box of mini cupcakes and instantly brighten their day.
Mini cupcakes that are very addictive. Big flavor in each one and is explosive after you pop them in your mouth. A bit pricy but you really only eat about 5. I used to work around the block and would buy 2 or 3 individually when i had the craving.
Great as gifts for to bring to a party.
Have always heard of Baked by Melissa but never tried it until I went for myself to this location and I have to say it I was amazing. All the different cup cake flavors were so awesome. Kind of funny that they were all small. Was expecting them to be normal size cup cakes but buying a bunch is a good idea cause you could try them all. The staff were friendly about my first time there and they helped me out with my questions. Such a great place to go to. Highly recommend going.
I love the size, I am one of those who like tasting and this is totally my thing. I can just take 6 different one-bite cupcake and I am sooo happy. The peanut-butter cucpake is my favourite;)
Some people (like my ex) go ga-ga over cupcakes, let alone cute little cupcake bites; but I take them in stride. Baked by Melissa serves the purpose well if you have an itch for cupcakes. Melissa builds her business on little cupcake bites in a multitude of interesting flavors. It's great to see a business like this succeed in America. I'm not a big cupcake fan, but when I have the rare itch, there's one place that always pops into my mind – where they are Baked by Melissa.
Super unique cupcake flavors and perfect airplane bites if you're looking for something to bring on the plane! Definitely better than airplane food. They are a bit pricy though so definitely more of a novelty food than an everyday eat.
We got one of each flavor on our way back to Chicago and enjoyed each addictive cupcake bite on the way home. Their signature tie dye cupcake is super moist and cute. I don't like too much frosting so the proportion was perfect. Some of our favorites: chocolate chip pancake, mint cookie, peanut butter and jelly, and the cookie dough. Most unique was the cheese cracker with peanut butter flavored one. Brought me right back to elementary school!
I stopped in to get a gift for a friend and had never tried these little cupcakes before. They were good, and cheap, but let's be real – aside from the novelty of mini cupcakes, there wasn't anything special about it.
They have some gluten free options, which was nice to have.
Randomly walked by the store and went in just because it looked super cute. These super mini cupcakes are indeed adorable! So pretty and cute and also offers variety! I think there was around 25-30 different kinds of cupcakes on display.
I tried Funfetti and it was good. Sweet and soft and gave a good sugar rush. The other flavors, I have no doubt will taste good as well.
BUT, it's really really small. It's disappeared instantly in my mouth and I felt sad. Too small for a dollar. Sure, a tiny cupcake takes a lot of effort to make, but it just seems a little pricey.
