Good service. Always enjoy their burgers… Fries and their special sauce are the best! Always a great experience and love that they have calorie count on their menu, even though it can be somewhat disgusting!
I was looking for a healthy and easy no frills dinner spot on the UES, I had tried Bareburger in the past but never this location. As in the past my visit was pleasant. We ordered takeout so I can't speak much about table service, however takeout was easy, fast and smooth!
I love this place because of their expansive menu where you can get any custom burger from vegan quinoa to classic beef all the way to choices like duck and elk! My favorite is the SoCal Burger (turkey with guac and cheddar). They have plenty of gluten free and vegan options so they literally have somethin for everyone. Pricing is on par with most Manhattan burger joints too.
Btw: Their bear motif is so cute, they have dancing bear wallpaper on the bathroom (yes it was clean!) Love it !
Staff/Waiters are kind, burger is good, and so are the milkshakes.
The special sauce is similar to a chipotle mayo. The custom burgers are great with lots of options.
Fantastic burgers.
I've been to bareburgers a few times and for a casual burger place they do not disappoint.
Also kid and family friendly with a cool casual vibe.
First time I visited I had the craziest most customized loaded buffalo burger with add ons galore – I was very hungry and all their add ons and recommendations sounded amazing – I never had so many options – so it was a fabulous best ever $27-30 burger. Which I found amusing. But wow it was great.
This recent visit I said I was hungry and wanted a loaded burger- the server recommended the supreme — which included some fries and rings on the burger. I substituted spinach for regular lettuce – though don't think you could taste the difference with the rings fries and special sauce – still .. Amazing burger and while so hungry I took half the burger home.
Was not a huge fan of the spices on the rings but that's my preference.
Recommend as a casual burger place with quality beef and lots of options to make a great loaded or customized burger.
I'm no vegan, but when I saw their 300 calories Farmstead Burger on Yelp I knew I had to come try it out for myself. I came at noon on a Saturday and the place was swamped with kids and quite chaotic. I waited for about 15 minutes to wash my hands in the restroom, which was a total mess. But hey! It only got better from here!
The service was fast and friendly. There were always people around making sure any dirty plates were taken out of your way, and water pitchers were not empty. I ordered the Farmstead burger, of course, and opted to add onions. I also ordered a Bananas Foster milkshake, thanks for the coupon Yelp!
The burger was excellent! Not only was it wrapped perfectly so that it wasn't falling apart after each bite, but it was delicious. The milkshake wasn't anything to write home about, but I guess I'm just saying that because I like milkshakes with chunks of toppings in them where as this one was smooth.
I'm excited to return, and maybe even try one of their other burgers!
We had the grind house elk burger and the el matador bison burger. Both really good but I felt like mine came out well when I asked for a medium … Also a bit pricey $12.95 each for a smaller organic sized burger. The fries were good though! $3.60 for a side order of fries which is big enough to share between 2.
The best Brussel sprouts, delicious chicken and avocado salad, and the build a burger with a side is sweet potato fries were all amazing and fresh. Great spot!
After having the Two Lizards restaurant across the street lose our reservation we headed over to Bareburger and they were quickly able to accommodate our large group. Everything on the menu looked great and I loved the ability to customize the burgers with all the different meat and topping options.
Service was quick and seamless.
