I used to be a huge fan and a regular customer of Bay House but they have really gone down hill this year. I think finally given up on my hopes that their food would go back to the quality it once was.
My last order was completely wrong and took over an hour and half to arrive at my house.
The pad Thai was cold with barely any sauce. It tasted like plain noodles. The chicken was very rubbery.
I also ordered the three roll maki combo. Oddly my sushi was warm, the last thing you want with raw fish. To make matters worse it wasn't even the right rolls. The entire order had to go straight into the trash.
When I called to complain they did refund my order but sadly I will no longer be a customer. I can forgive one bad order but I've consistently noticed a decline in the quality and service at this restaurant. I do not recommend!
