  1. My moms' neighborhood is finally coming up! FINALLY!

My mother has been bragging about this new convenient store and one day I came with her. She was bugging me about it so much that I have to see it for myself. The store is really small but has a lot of canned food, junk food, and drinks. They even have a small Do it yourself coffee/tea section. In the back, their is a deli section with fresh bread and salads. They make bagels, rolls, salads, sandwiches, and even Halal food. Since I'm super picky and the guy even customize my order. For ex. I love Greek salad minus the black olives and more feta cheese. The guy did it for me and it only cost $5. They have a big flat screen TV, so you can watch TV while you are waiting. The store is waiting for their liquor license so I know once they get one, this convenient store will be around for a long time. Btw the owners are cute 🙂

    Tips
    1. Parking…Its by the construction of the Bayonne Bridge.
    2. Public transportation….next to the s46…near the s44 and s40.
    3. You can play the lotto here.
    4. The owners Habla espanol .

  2. I only stopped for an egg sandwich but I was so surprised by the different food options. The sandwich was fine, a single egg with ham, salt, pepper, and ketchup. Like most delis, the roll was way too big for the lone egg. I dumped half the bread and double stuffed the rest.
I'm a little sad I didn't stop in for lunch before I left the area. The chicken schwarma sandwich would have been an awesome break from the Italian I've been eating.
Did I mention they have a huge selection of cold drinks? If you're in a pinch you can also get yourself a do-rag from behind the counter.
