I loved the pasta here! I was veryyy impressed with the quality and taste of their salmon. We also shared the chicken parm and meatballs (not on the menu). The bread was homemade and side salads had a nice dressing. I think the hit was the fresh and very tasty tomato sauce.
I am used to adding salt or lemon or asking for some spicy sauce– I didn't have to ask for a thing!
The highlight was the cannoli! It had such an amazing filling– creamy and with texture– like the real Italian ones I had in Boston's North End neighborhood.
(Note: it is also halal meat: cooked in a way that the animal feels the least pain and the blood/bacteria leaves right away).
I will definitely be back when I'm visiting North Jersey.
