That moment when you grubhub and you see the menu has Wednesday specials for an order of $7 small baby back ribs and you choose it….
And then 20 minutes later the restaurant calls to say "sorry we don't have ribs today only stew chicken and stew pork" in a thick Dominican accent..so you bargain with her to make you some chicharron con Pollo (fried chicken chunks) and she does it. On grub hub also ordered a side of fried platanos.
Delivered in 30 mins, I opened up my food delivery like christmas day, a family sized-morsels of fried chicharron in one platter, 2nd platter was filled with salad, but in the third platter instead of platanos, I get french fries.
Regardless of the mix-up the food itself was good, chicharron was fried perfectly, wasn't too greasy, portions were beyond generous, fries were crispy and not soggy, and the delivery was faster than expected.
Willing to give them another chance.
