Great selection of 3 dollar bottles of wines. You can pick up like at least 10 different varieties and brands of wine to take home and pretend cost ten times as much. Wine is wine. Service is also quick and helpful.
Russian candy store.
They have any type of liquor you can imagine. Plus, the prices are amazing. My fiancee and I go out of way just to come here. It's worth the trip if you're looking to stock up your bar.
This liquor store is competitively priced on a lot of their inventory. The place and selection here is huge. I think it's one of the largest liquor stores in South Brooklyn, if not the largest. They keep the aisles and shelves stocked and in clean and pristine condition. They have friendly, and helpful staff to quickly find you what you're looking for and added bonus, with a smile on their face. The store is conveniently located near the Coney Island Amusement attractions and the beach! It's really just a win-win situation for everyone.
This is one of the most massive liquor stores I have ever seen. It's like going to a liquor supermarket – very unlike my usual bottle shopping ventures in NYC. Although I didn't find the wine selection very adventurous, the liquor selection – that's another story. More vodkas that I can count – seriously. Makes sense that this is a Russian and eastern European neighborhood, but wow! So many vodkas. And tons of any other type of liquor possible. The prices are super cheap too – but it's a trek out there, of course, if you don't live in the neighborhood. Stop at Totonno's right across the street if you do make the trip.
There's a deleted scene in The Hunt for Red October where Captain Ramius tells his Soviet crew, "We will pass through the American patrols, pass their sonar nets, and lay off their largest city, slipping in to shop at Best Buy Liquors," which resulted in cheers and national anthem singing.
Heck, the vodka section is as larger as your typical Brooklyn booze shop, a variety that extends to their excellent pricing. I'm looking at you Mr. Cheap Booze is Fine when Mixing. It's about a 5 minute walk from the multi-train Coney Island station, so if you want to do some bulk shopping and don't have a car… it's a pretty easy trip. No wonder Soviets wanted to defect.
Welcome to the new world, Ramius!
If you know what I know, you'd go and take your tail over there to Best Buy Liqours and check them out! They have great products and terrific low prices!
I searched for Il Conte Moscato D'Asti every darn where and could find it nowhere in the city! After a quick search online, Best Buy Liquors popped up so I made my way to Coney Island one rainy afternoon. BAM, there it was, finally!
While there I also checked out some of the prices of other liquors and such, the prices were very low. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone needs to purchase a large amount of liquor and/or wine for say a party or something.
Stay thirsty, my friends.

This is definitely all of South Brooklyn's go to Liquor Store!!!!
They have everything… literary everything in stock at all times and at either the same price as your current store or better.
We are very lucky to have a Liquor giant like this within a mile of us.
The only reason they did not get 5 stars from me is that their hours are not too lengthy and sometimes on Sundays or weekdays when leaving them as a last resort is something that needs to be kept in mind.
PS amazing collectibles and gift item showcase on the right hand side when you come in. Love every bottle in that showcase.
This place should get five stars but…. The owner is a flat out LIAR!! I purchased a fifty dollar bottle of scotch. The next day i got the same bottle as a gift. I went to the store the next day to exchange it with my receipt. I wanted to exchange it for a bottle that was thirty dollars more and he wouldnt do it!!! To make it worse he said in his heavy russian accent that its against law for me to do this. What a liar!! Luckily my friend knows one of the girls who works there and we got it done anyway. If they didnt have a huge selection i would not have ever gone back.
