  1. There isn't anything special about this place. Good interior, average drinks, and the crowd is mostly older 40's to 50's. I came here with some colleagues, and we wanted to just unwind and talk over drinks, but there was a live band and it was almost impossible to hear what my colleague was saying. I would say a live band is great if the music they were playing was good, but it wasn't. So, we were forced to listen to the live band, and we'd try to get in a few words to each other during the breaks.

My colleagues and I also ordered food from the bar, and it was what one would call average "bar" food like pretzels and fish and chips.

  2. Self proclaimed beer lovers will enjoy Bierocracy.

Like a lot of people we ended up hear waiting for a table at Mu Ramen.

The bartender was super friendly and my husband and I each had an IPA, delicious.

Overall, a great addition to the LIC and a very clean and hip space.

    The food also looked/smelled delicious!!!!

  3. Not the best experience!
The place itself is very nice inside, great for small and big groups.
The food was very plain– It wasn't anything special.
I had the lobster Benedict from the brunch menu and with that I got potatoes.. They had no flavor what-so ever to them!! The lobster was good but no kick to it. They need to add a little something to the food!

The beer selection is great–The staff was very nice!

Won't be coming back anytime soon tho.

  4. If you love beer this is the place for you…

I'm more of a foodie and the menu didn't WOW me….
After a couple of drinks I wanted to munch on something… and when not in a place you're used too, or see anything that catches your eye…

What's the safest item to order???

Yup Chicken tenders and fries… Disappointing , they only had fries and no chicken tenders… Really??? Who doesn't have tenders in their menu or out of the menu??? But only sausages… ehhhhh…

Bierocracy add some finger food for picky eaters…

  5. Roomy indoor beer garden in queens. Came here for a late bite because a bunch of other places were closed. Would recommend the sausage sampler and pretzels which are doughy and amazing. Beer was good they have a decent variety on tap. I would come here again but only if I am with someone who is really into beer or if most other places in queens are closed.

  6. Really great place to grab drinks. Solid selection of beers and incredibly friendly service – even when busy and packed on the weekends. The only thing that knocks this down a star for me is the food. The quality is fine, but for Queens, the price does not justify the quantity at all whatsoever.  In short: Beer = Awesome, $11 for two pretzels = LOL no thanks.

  7. Great beer selection but fairly average food. You come here for the beer not really the food. They also have plenty of great high proof alcohol if you're craving some whiskey, scotch, etc. and they also make cocktails as well as far as I can tell. However, the focus is on the beer and you should come here for some. The B-witte was great. My friend also enjoyed the B-dark.

  8. We came on a Saturday night to a really busy crowd. Beer hall style seating which is not my favorite but it did us just fine. The service was a bit slow and confused as it was so crowded but otherwise amicable. For pub fare the food was pretty good. The pretzel was great, which was to be expected. The entrees were decent for bar food. The drinks were fantastic. Excellent selection of beer, wine, whiskey, and cocktails. Overall a great addition to the neighborhood, for sure will be coming back.
