This is about a 3.5 because while I love the space and their drinks, the 5pm closing time means that I'll be spending a lot less time and money in here than I would otherwise.
This location is also a roastery and cupping lab and it looks like they do training for baristas in the back. Maybe that's why they're not open until 8pm like all other Birch locations? And they're also closed on the weekends. It's a huge bummer for those of us who work or live in the area and would want coffee outside of working hours. Hopefully they change that.
