  1. Came on a Saturday night. The place is small and pretty packed when we got there. Burgers and fries are decent, nothing to go crazy over. Service was good, and the employees were really nice!

The sweet potato fries with the honey mustard dip is really good! I definitely recommend you order those if you come here!

Nothing that really stands out, but this is a good place to come for a quick bite!

    Overall, I would come back.

  2. Overall, I'd say it was a fairly satisfactory experience but nothing spectacular beyond that.

A Thursday night wasn't very busy nor crowded so seating was plentiful and service was prompt; all of the staff was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end.

I ordered a Brunch Burger Crunchified (with chips) cooked medium which comes with bacon and a fried egg.  Overall, I thought it was a good and simple burger but questionably worth $9.  The burger was cooked a little more well than I was hoping for medium but that's a minor detail.

I had an Undecided order of regular and sweet potato fries and these as well were good but also nothing beyond fair; they weren't bad in the least, but they weren't mind-blowing or must-have's either.

My friend had ordered a Dallas burger cooked medium rare and unfortunately his was overcooked as well – even more well than mine had been.  He too also felt the food was rather standard.

Taking everything into account, it was a nice experience to try the burgers here once but once seems to be enough for me.

  3. I used to come here all the time when this place first opened and it won my heart by providing me the option to add potato chips to any of my burgers.  It's also pretty reasonably priced for a delicious burger and they have a reward card program for frequent shoppers like myself.  Their menu has something for everyone and can satisfy any kind of craving.  Their alcoholic milkshakes are incredible.  You don't get stuck tipping like wait service, but do get to sit down and wait for your food to arrive without standing in an annoying line of people.  It makes the experience much better, especially if you are there with someone.

The seating is okay.  Sometimes it's hard to get seating if you are with a bunch of friends due to the long family-style tables, but depending on the time of day, it's usually fine.  Pretty prime location with access inside and outside of the mall.

  4. I thought I was in heaven when I asked for medium and the kid taking my order said, "Is pink okay?"

I had the Brunch Burger with a side of fries and a vanilla milkshake. A little pricy but totally worth it for a burger made to perfection. I have a love for eat in restaurants that get me in and out within my break time.

Better than five guys and shake shack.

  5. I was excited to try this place despite my disappointment from Bobby Flay's first restaurant because how hard can it to be serve a mediocre burger…? Well, got the Philly burger and was not blown away at all. The meat was dry (even though I asked for medium) and season-less. Thank goodness for the hot peppers to keep that spice lingering around a boring burger. The fries were alright as well but the chipotle ketchup was a great condiment for them. Overall, you're not missing out if you never try this place.

  6. Awesome, love this place.  Had the Bobby Bleu Burger, split an undecided with my brother (french fries and onion rings), and had a mocha bourbon shake.  Everything was great, from the relatively quick service to the price.  They ask for your preferred meat temperature when ordering, and my medium rare was dead on.  Make sure to get crunchified, chips on top of the burger.  They serve beer, wine, and hard shakes, as well as an assortment of soft drinks.  Counter style seating is pretty cool too.  They also have salads and other items for non-burger enthusiasts.  Pretty much good for any occasion, including bringing kids or even a date night. Will be coming back soon!

  7. I don't usually go out for burgers, but my dear boyfriend recommended it so I decided to give it a try. Plus, I'm a big fan of Bobby Flay (I've attended tapings of his show "Beat Bobby Flay") Anywho, as soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a big menu on the wall with all the burger options and other stuff such as milkshakes. I ordered the "Bobby Blue" which includes bacon, blue cheese, lettuce and tomato. You also have the option to add a "crunch," which are potato chips added on top of the burger. (Of course I had to say yes) My boyfriend ordered the "L.A. Burger" which includes avacado, relish, watercress, cheddar cheese and tomato. On the side we ordered fries and onion rings. I really enjoyed my burger, I felt like the blue cheese and chips definitely add to it, but you can just taste how fresh everything is. Wonderful interior as well, very ambience is very chillax. Great for a place to eat lunch with friends, family or significant other!

  8. Despite being told often that age brings wisdom there are still some things I don't get: Doris Day???? Johnny Depp???? Taylor Swift????…………and why humanity needs a burger priced between a fast food burger and a pub burger?

On 5/5, starving and craving a burger I dined at Bobby's Burger Palace. I liked the decor. The curvy counters are cool. You order and pay at a cashier station. The cashier took my order politely and it only took a few minutes for my order, a Palace Burger(American Cheese, Lettuce & Tomato) to arrive medium as requested. I also ordered a Vanilla Malted. The burger was OK, not great, and nothing you could not make at home. The Malted tasted more like malted powder than ice cream.

Like the old Doobie Brothers song first recorded by The Byrds…..Bobby is just alright, oh yeah!!!!
