Wow!!!! Love this restaurant!!! Great waitstaff and service. Delicious spaghetti and meatballs. Outstanding handmade pork and beef meatballs with tangy robust gravy. The meatballs were a little overt sled or fried and dry. The speciality pesto ravioli was stuffed with ricotta and garnished with lots of fresh herbs.
Decided against the wine and desserts only because we didn't want to go too far into the triple digits. Thirty dollars per entree is a bit much but the location in the theater district is what it is– expensive..
Great bathrooms– ENGLISH style floor to ceiling private stalls and well stocked and clean.
We didn't have desserts but we observed some decadent choices for our next visit.

My mom and I had dinner at Bond 45 before a show. We had a 530pm reservation and the restaurant was already very full. I guess everyone else had show tickets too. We had a nice table near the open kitchen which was nice. We could see what they were doing over there.
We started with the ZUCCHINI PARMIGIANA. It was basically a pan of melted cheese and zucchini. It was very tasty but a bit heavy on the cheese. For our entrees, mom had the GRILLED SHRIMP SCAMPI. She said it was tasty but the shrimp was a bit chewy and overcooked. I had the VEAL SCALOPPINE PICCATA. It was very good. Lots of capers and artichoke pieces. My favorites! Mom also had a bowl of fresh penne with alfredo sauce. The sauce was delicious. It had a really nice nutty flavor.
Our server was attentive and helpful. I think overall this was a good dinner and we had plenty of time to get to our show.
A pleasant surprise.
Given the Theater District location, the kind of very touristy appearance from the outside, and the Italian steakhouse schtick (which strikes me as oxymoronical) I entered here with trepidation the other night after getting shut out for reservations at Carmines (which ironically I would consider an Italian steakhouse).
I'm very happy we came. Amazing tomato/mozzarella appetizer with some prosciutto to boot. Wonderful assortment of fresh vegetable antipasto items (we had Hen of the Woods mushrooms which were superb). And then 2 us went "all in" on the veal parmigiana, a huge flat-pounded, bone-on veal chop that was virtually unfinishable by yourself. It was wonderful.
The interior of the restaurant is huge and very attractive. Try to get seated upstairs to best appreciate it.
Our server was great, the food tremendous, and we even got a free cookie at the end. I would definitely go here if I'm pre-show crowd or in the area for some reason. It's very good — not good enough to warrant a trip across town, but if you're in the Times Square area and want very solid Italian, I'd come here.
After attempting to get to Harlem to try another restaurant while in NYC seeing a play, me and a friend stopped in here for lunch. The staff was somewhat aloof but the food was great! The bread was AWESOME! They served what seemed to be an olive bread and another type of bread. The bread had a hint of sweetness.
The food was great and served to us quickly. The caprese salad was fresh and robust. The Mediterranean branzino was light and filling. The fish was well seasoned and the roasted tomatoes were juicy and not dry.
To my surprise both the vanilla meringue cake and gelato was superb! The restaurant also provided a home made toffee to try upon entrance. The food was great and the ambiance was perfect. This restaurant was a pleasant surprise that was discovered while hanging in NYC.
I had a very lovely dinner here with a friend. The service was extremely friendly. The Maitre d was super friendly. He gave me a [free] glass of champagne while I was waiting for my dining partner.
We had caesar salads with grilled chicken and fried calamari. Both were tasty. We also shared a large portion of tiramisu, which was also very good.
The bathrooms were clean and the prices weren't as high as you would expect for the location.
What a great spot that luckily doesn't seem to attract the tourists in the Times Square area! I stopped in yesterday for lunch with a coworker and we really enjoyed the entire experience – professional staff, nice atmosphere and great food…plus, we loved all the extra goodies they brought by our table – such a nice touch! I enjoyed the prix fixe lunch with soup, chicken saltimbocca and the vanilla meringue cake (super yummy!).
My family met relatives here for lunch and had a great experience. They accommodated 10 of us no problem (with reservations) and the service was spectacular from start to finish. Everyone was extremely friendly, and at the end of the meal they brought complimentary cookies and pastries out for us, fresh out of the oven. The food was excellent…large portions and reasonably priced. And we never once felt rushed. They let us linger and catch up over coffee for as long as we wanted. Great decor, too. They had the restaurant nicely decorated for the holidays.
Wow, what a nice place. Cozy and romantic, although I've been there a few times in family gatherings. Very good service. The waiters explain the menu in detail. The dishes are big and tasty. The prices are reasonable. You should go
